HOUSING APPLICATION FORM

To apply for housing at University Towers, please complete this online application. Note there will be a $269.95 charge (a $50.00 non-refundable application fee, $19.95 non-refundable credit card transaction fee, and a $200.00 refundable security deposit). Please also note that acceptance of this application and monies do not guarantee a room reservation. Room style reservations are assigned on an availability basis.

A Residence Lease will be sent when your application is accepted and a room style is assigned. You must properly sign and return the Residence Lease along with a $400.00 reservation/activity fee payment for final acceptance and execution. Note, your application will have established your priority date.
